Mandurah Dolphins
One of the joys of exploring Mandurah is the chance to encounter its wild dolphins. Around 85 Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins live year-round in the Peel–Harvey Estuary, where they are regularly spotted hunting for fish, moving through the canals and playing together. Keep watch from Mandjar Bay and the marina, or take to the water and you may even see them riding alongside a boat. As completely wild animals, every sighting is a memorable piece of Mandurah magic.
